Since 1984, Okabashi Brands has operated a shoe company in the small town of Buford, Georgia. Our original shoe designs were created using principles of reflexology. The theory behind reflexology is that each area of the foot corresponds to different organs and systems of the body. Applying pressure to key areas of the foot is believed to bring relaxation and healing to the corresponding area of the body.
